RECIPE PREPARATION Digestive Biscuits - Dukan:

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and set aside for 10-15 minutes. We also put the goji berries that have been soaked in warm water for 5 minutes. The composition is divided into two parts: in one we add cocoa, in the other we leave it like this. We make piles in the tray covered with baking sheet (I left them a little thick and they came out softer; if you want them more crispy, flatten them more). Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on each oven.


Biscuit salami with berry and vanilla sauce

I didn't want to cook a salami that isn't made of meat because I'm against eating meat (on the contrary), but it's a very good dessert and quite forgotten, unfortunately, especially since the variants found in the trade are not at all it must be.

For the salami, I crushed (coarsely) 200 grams of digestive or oat biscuits (please don't put some of the popular ones), I put over a handful of chopped pistachio kernels (you can put any oilseeds) and half a cup of cherries from chopped cherry (you can put raisins kept for a few hours in rum / brandy or nothing).

I microwaved 100 grams of butter with 250 grams of dark chocolate (to be dark) in 30-second increments, until it was homogenous.

I put 50 grams of powdered sugar in the melted chocolate with butter (you can not put it if you don't want to) and I added all this over the dry mixture. I mixed well and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to sit.

In the meantime, I made the sauces.

For the berries, I took 400 grams of frozen berries mix, and put them in a pot with 100 ml of water, 50 grams of sugar and a drop of lemon. I boiled until it started to thicken and soften all the fruit, I took them off the heat and strained them to remove the seeds.

For the vanilla one, I mixed until 3 egg yolks, two tablespoons of sugar, 4 sachets of vanilla sugar (32 g), 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla essence (or the pulp from a pod of) were mixed in a pot. vanilla) and a tablespoon of starch. I put over 350 ml of milk and put it on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (when you feel that it has thickened, take it immediately off the heat, do not let it boil, because you will make the omelet).

I took the salami mixture out of the fridge, put it on a plastic wrap and shaped it into salami. Because I wanted to serve it quickly, I kept it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, otherwise, put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Why not make one of your childhood desserts? The sauces go great with the biscuit salami, being a good option to put this dessert back on our tables, in a newer, more colorful, more interesting and tastier version.


Biscuits with almonds and oatmeal

I think that during this period most sweets are prepared, so I share a new recipe, Biscuits with almonds and oatmeal.

I prepared these biscuits in the version without sugar and without wheat flour. I chose ground almonds, small oat flakes and many aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger.

Do you know the kind of digestive biscuits? That's how I wanted them and they came out very tasty and fragrant.

These almond and oatmeal cookies are tender, crumbly and very tasty. If you want, you can add chocolate chips or other flavors.

Ingredient:

  • 100 gr butter
  • salt dust
  • 50 gr natural sweetener

Method of preparation:

I cut them into discs and pressed them with the cookie stamp to give them a festive air.

Place the biscuits in a tray provided with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven, at 170 degrees C, for 10-12 minutes.

After baking, it is left in the tray at a temperature, being very fragile.

After they have cooled, transfer them to a kitchen grill or in a metal box.

Ever since I met Amarula, a sensational and tasty liqueur cream, I have been using it in my recipes.

QUINTESSENCE:

  • Fat cheese cream - 1 kg
  • Sweet cream (cooking cream) - 500 ml
  • Eggs - 6 pieces
  • Old - 150 g
  • Amarula liqueur cream - 100 ml

ALCHEMY:

The first time we preheat the oven to 175 ° C or over medium heat if we use a fire oven!

We grind the biscuits with the help of a vertical blender or food processor.

Temper (melt) the butter in a bain-marie and mix well with the crushed biscuits, until we have a homogeneous composition.

We place baking paper in the tray, then we put the composition of biscuits with butter, we spread by hand, on the whole surface of the tray.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cooking cream, eggs, sugar and Amarula. Using a blender, beat until we have a homogeneous composition that we place over the layer of butter biscuits and put it in the preheated oven, for 30-45 minutes (depending on what tray we use and how high the cheese composition will be ). The result: the top must be browned and done in the middle. it is preferable to have a height of 3, maximum 4 cm.

When the cheesecake is ready, leave it to cool and then put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.


Ginger Digestive Biscuits

For special occasions I thought of offering you an extremely simple, ingenious, quick and nutritious recipe & # 8230 and, of course, with many hearts!

Ginger Digestive Biscuit Ingredients:

In the previous article we presented Digestive Biscuits with Ginger in the shape of hearts, for special occasions. This time, we change an ingredient, namely Ginger with Turmeric.

The biscuits are just as good, they are digestive, healthy and easy to prepare.


Turmeric Digestive Biscuit Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1/2 cup Bran Fiber Mix (Natural blend of oat bran, flax seeds and psyllium bran)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (quenched with lemon juice)

Wheat bran helps to lose weight, because when it reaches the stomach it swells and creates the feeling of satiety and loss of desire to eat excess.

Cheesecake

I've seen so many cheesecake recipes on the net that I really didn't know which one to make. That's how I got to Pumpkin pie and used that concept. It didn't come out as creamy as the pumpkin version, but it was delicious.

Ingredient:
For the crust:
100 gr digestive biscuits
50 gr melted butter
For the filling:
500 gr cow's cheese
250 gr liquid cream (it was sweetened)
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
cranberry sauce

Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter, then press on the baking tin (I used silicone), on the bottom and on the edge. Refrigerate until the filling is done.
Whipped cream is mixed with cottage cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 40-45 minutes, until the middle no longer plays if we move the shape.
Serve with cranberry sauce or whatever you like.

This is my first cheesecake and I can & # 8217t explain why I have waited so long to make it. As I type, key lime pie comes to mind and it & # 8217s going on my to do list.

Ingredients:

blueberry sauce

Mix the cottage cheese with the whipped cream and add the eggs and sugar.
Add the mixture to the crust and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the center is done.
Serve with blueberry sauce or your choice of topping.


After Eight Cheesecake - no baking

1. To make the cheesecake base, grind the digestive biscuits in a blender, along with the cocoa.

2. Mix the biscuits with the melted butter and press on the base of a tray. Leave in the fridge while preparing the cream.

3. Carefully melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool slightly.

4. Using an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until soft. Add sour cream and mix until the texture of the meringue is reached.

5. Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one of the bowls, add melted dark chocolate and mix. In the other, add the mint extract and food coloring and mix. In both mixtures, add the pieces of After Eight chocolate.

6. Place the mixtures over the biscuit base randomly, smoothing the top. Leave in the fridge for 6 hours to harden, preferably overnight.

7. Beat the sour cream and sugar and add over the cheesecake. Decorate with melted chocolate and pieces of After Eight chocolate.


Chia seeds, 150g | Golden Flavors

Put lentils, quinoa and pumpkin seeds in the food processor with 2 cups of water. If the robot container is too small, divide the ingredients into four parts and mix 1/2 cup of water and a quarter of the mixture obtained.

Place the composition in a large bowl. Put the gel obtained from chia (the water seeds in which they stood) in the robot and mix them. Add them to the composition.

Add ¾ cup of oatmeal - to give the biscuits the aroma and texture of bread.

If you taste the composition, it will have a slightly bitter aroma due to the raw quinoa beans. After complete dehydration and drying, the bitter taste will disappear - in other words, they taste very good when ready.

Spread the dough about 1 cm thick on baking sheets (or special sheets for dehydrator) and place them in the dehydrator for 8 hours. After 8 hours, turn the dough over and leave it for another 4-6 hours.

If you don't have a dehydrator, you can also make biscuits in the oven, but you have to approximate the baking time - it can be around 40 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees. After 40 minutes, turn the dough over and leave it, but it is safer to check it every 20 minutes.

Good appetite! If you prefer more consistency, eat biscuits with coconut oil, avocado, have any other sauce or cream.

Mix the butter with the peanut butter, add the sugar, egg and vanilla.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt and sift them in a bowl, stirring constantly.

We also throw the oats and chew a little more.

On a few trays greased with butter we put weights with a teaspoon.

Bake at 175 gr, 12 minutes.
