First we wash the potatoes, then we boil them for 40 minutes.

Put the flour on a flat plate, take a small amount of potatoes by hand and shape the meatball shapes with your hands. We pass them through the flour, then we put them in hot oil to fry in the pan and we brown them on both sides.
