Cooking delicious Christmas tree jelly salad:

Step 1: Wash and chop vegetables, nuts and balyk.

Rinse sweet pepper and greens well with running cold water, cut off the stem of the pepper, and remove the seeds. Peel the nuts with a garlic press, remove the husks, crush them in a mortar. Cut vegetables, balyk and greens into small pieces: cubes or straws. Leave a piece of pepper, from it we will make a decoration for the Christmas tree.

Step 2: Mix milk and cheese products.

Adyghe cheese should be thoroughly kneaded with a fork or hands, combined with curd cheese (it can also be crushed a little by hand), pour all this with yogurt and mayonnaise. Leave some mayonnaise, you will need it for attaching Christmas "needles". Gelatin should be poured into milk, mixed and added to the curd and cheese mass.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients.

Vegetables, meat and cheese should be placed in one large bowl, mix well with a spoon, salt and pepper. We will prepare the form for the future Christmas tree: from thick paper or cardboard, roll up the cone, after wrapping the sheet with cling film or a plastic bag. The cone can be fastened with a stapler or paper clip so that it does not fall apart.

Step 4: Let the mass freeze in the refrigerator.

Pour the mixed mass of cheese, cottage cheese and vegetables into the cone, then place it narrowly down into a dry glass. The resulting design should be placed in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, so that the frame for the Christmas tree freezes.

Step 5: Decorate the Christmas tree.

When the tree hardens, carefully remove the cardboard or paper. Turn the cone onto a serving dish with the wide part down, cover it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped greens. Cut a star from a piece of pepper, place it on top of the Christmas tree (it can be fixed with a toothpick). Decorate the green beauty with Christmas toys from pomegranate seeds.

Step 6: Serve the Tasty Christmas Tree Jelly Salad.

This dish is served in a flat plate decorated with lettuce, Peking cabbage or parsley. Before serving the Christmas tree, cut into portions with a knife (as we cut the cake) and arrange on plates. Good appetite!
