3 Easy No-Bake Desserts For Summer July 16, 2020
Don’t get us wrong — we love baking. But sometimes, we’re just not in the mood deal with an oven, especially when it’s hot outside. Instead, we’d rather use the fridge or freezer for set it and forget it-type desserts that leave us ample time to get outside and enjoy the last lingering days of summer without worrying about burnt muffins or scorched cookies. So when that sweet craving hits, don’t be left stranded. Instead, whip up one of these no-fuss, no-bake, all-fun desserts.
These are the ingredients you are going to need
The first step for no bake desserts – mix the crumbs with the butter
Spread the crumbs on the bottom of two mini cake pans
Mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla, lemon zest and white chocolate
Add the blueberry jam and mix well
Divide the mixture between the two cake pans
Top with blueberry jam
Refrigerate for at least 10 hours
Homemade hot chocolate recipe
- 500ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 100 gr chocolate shavings
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence

- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pretzel sticks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8tbsp melted salted butter
- 14 fl.oz sweetened condensed milk
- 16 fl.oz cream cheese
- 8oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- fresh berries
- In a bowl stir together the crust ingredients.
- Spread the crumbs on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese for 3 minutes.
- Add the condensed milk and beat for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the whipped topping with the vanilla extract.
- Spread the filling mixture on the crust.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Decorate with fresh berries before serving.
- 3cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2tbsp plus 1 cup heavy cream
- 2tbsp unsalted butter
- 2tsp peppermint extract
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Heat milk.

No bake desserts – peach melba ice pops
- 1 cup plus 2tbsp full-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/8tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 cup peeled peach chunks
- Combine the yoghurt and almond extract in a bowl.
- Puree the raspberries in a different bowl.
- Puree peaches separately in a third bowl.
- In six 2.5oz ice pop molds layer raspberries, peaches and yoghurt and repeat until the mold is full.
- Insert sticks and freeze.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 8oz. whipped topping
- In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter.
- Spread the mixture and press it to the bottom of an 8 inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese for 2 minutes, gradually add the sugar and add the vanilla extract.
- Spread filling onto the crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Decorate with cherry pie filling.
- 1 10-12oz pkg of cranberries
- 2tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 12 gingersnap cookies, crushed
- sliced ginger
- Boil the cranberries, orange zest and juice and 1/4 cup water and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Puree the mixture.
- Stir in butter to melt, stir in eggs, egg yolk and salt and cook until it thickens for about 7-10 minutes.
- Beat cream in a bowl.
- Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and gradually add the cooled cranberry mixture.
- In 10oz glasses put 1/3 cup mixture in each, add a layer of crushed cookies. Add layer of cream and repeat layers.
- Top with cream and refrigerate for 2 hours and sprinkle with ginger.
Fresh fruit cheesecake pie
- 44 tea buscuits
- 2 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 8tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 clementines, sliced and peeled
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, sliced and peeled
- Pulse the cookies to form fine crumbs and add the melted butter.
- Press to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes and gradually add the cream and beat for 3 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
- Spread it onto the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with the fruit.
No bake desserts – chocolate brownies
- 6oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 9oz pkg chocolate wafers
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cups salted caramel sauce
- 3/4 cups hazelnuts, chopped
- flaky sea salt
- Pulse chocolate wafers into fine crumbs, add chocolate, salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract and salt.
- Transfer to an 8-inch cake pan, lined with baking paper and press to the bottom.
- Scatter nuts and sea salt on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 2tsp grated lemon zest
- 5tbsp lemon juice
- Heat the superfine sugar and 2 cups of heavy cream and simmer for 1 minute.

- 8oz cream cheese
- 25 marshmallows
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract

- 8oz pkg of whipped topping
- Stir together the graham cracker crumbs with the sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press to the bottom of each of 6 small jars, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Microwave the marshmallows until they melt, stir them until smooth.
- Whip the cream cheese for about 2 minutes, add the sugar and vanilla and beat for 1 more minute.
- Add the cheesecake filling to the jars and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Boil the cream and pour it over the chocolate, let sit for 5 minutes and stir.
- Add the chocolate to the jar and refrigerate again.
- Serve with a toasted marshmallow on top.

- 6tbsp cream cheese
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
- Pulse the cookies until they form fine crumbs add the cream cheese and mix well.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips until the melt.
- Dip the cookie truffles into the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Let sit until the chocolate sets.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 cup melted salted butter
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
- 2tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
- Mix melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, brown sugar and Reese’s Pieces.
- Spread to the bottom of a pan.
- Microwave chocolate chips with peanut butter and stir well.
- Pour on top of the first layer in the pan.
- Sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Peanut butter cookies
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- Boil sugar, butter and milk for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and the oats.
- Scoop a teaspoonful, drop onto baking paper and let sit.
Cookie dough bars
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 bag white chocolate candy melts
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- gel food coloring (optional)
Mix brown sugar, softened butter, flour, condensed milk and vanilla extract
Add in the sprinkles and the chocolate chips
Press to the bottom of a pan and chill for an hour
Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream and add a drop of the food coloring
Pour the topping over the dough, add sprinkles and let chill for 1 hour

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Microwave the marshmallows with the butter until melted
Add the wafers
Spread the mixture in a 9吉-inch pan and refrigerate
Boil for 5 minutes 1 cup butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and condensed milk, then stir for 3 more minutes
Add the second layer to the pan and refrigerate

- Graham crackers
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 pint strawberries, halved
- Chocolate syrup
- Line the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch glass pan with graham crackers.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl, and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add in the cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla, and stir until smooth.
- Spread 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Cover the cream cheese mixture with 1/3 of the sliced strawberries.
- Repeat this process add additional layers of graham crackers, cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Top with strawberry halves and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Tear up a store-bought crumb cake stir into softened coffee-flavored ice cream along with chopped pecans refreeze.
Stir a splash of rum (or coconut milk) into caramel syrup and drizzle over scoops of cinnamon ice cream top with orange zest.
Not Hot Bananas Foster:
Mix sliced bananas with toasted slivered almonds, cinnamon and caramel sauce use as topping on ice cream. Splash with brandy (optional).
S&aposmores Ice Cream Sandwich:
Spread marshmallow fluff on two graham crackers, then use to sandwich a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.

Spread store-bought lemon curd onto shortbread cookies and chill until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
PB&B Rice Pudding:
Stir peanut butter and chopped banana into prepared rice pudding and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of honey.
Top slices of sponge or angel food cake with rocky road ice cream, chopped pecans, sliced strawberries and crushed meringue cookies drizzle with orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier (optional).
Fold chopped toffee candy into marshmallow cream. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a tip pipe into plain doughnut holes.
Fruity Ice Cream Cakes:
Mix your favorite fruit with softened ice cream and layer with slices of cake in a round cake pan or loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least two hours and up to three days.

Mix pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar. Pour into an ice pop mold, insert sticks and freeze.

Cantaloupe Dessert Soup:
Puree chopped cantaloupe with orange juice, a squirt of lime juice and a drizzle of honey.
Mix takeout white rice with sugar and a little coconut milk to make sticky coconut rice. Mold the rice around slices of fresh nectarine and pear slice each roll crosswise into 6 disks.
Frozen Bananas with Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread:
Halve a banana lengthwise and spread chilled chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella, on a cut side. Sandwich together the banana halves, freeze and cut into bite-size pieces.
Frozen Banana Bites:
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Dip frozen banana chunks into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the bananas with chopped peanuts freeze.
Berries &aposn&apos Cream:
Mix assorted fresh berries with sugar and let stand until the sugar dissolves. Swirl into Greek-style yogurt or mascarpone cheese.
Mix whipped topping with crushed raspberries or blackberries spread the mixture onto individual store-bought sponge cakes or scones. Top with a whole berry.
Mix sliced strawberries, brown sugar, triple sec (optional) and chopped fresh tarragon dollop with sour cream.
Top prepared strawberry gelatin with sliced strawberries and bananas, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut and whipped cream.
Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits:
Cut angel food cake into cubes and toss with sweetened condensed milk. Layer in a glass with chopped strawberries.
Amaretto Sour Slushie:
Combine 2 parts frozen limeade concentrate with 1 part water, some chopped fresh lime and amaretto liqueur (or amaretto syrup). Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Then puree in a blender, pour into tall glasses and top with orange slices and maraschino cherries.
Frosty Chocolate Espresso Shake:
Blend ice chips, a shot of espresso and chocolate frozen yogurt.
Thai Iced Coffee:
Stir equal parts sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk into cooled black coffee serve over ice.
