  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 150 g of pate
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • biscuit
  • salt pepper
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons horseradish with yogurt (I had ready mixed)
  • green parsley
  • frying oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks and fill with pate, using a teaspoon.

Beat eggs with a little salt and mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

Put the mushrooms in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil (They will make a little noise and disturb the kitchen).

Remove on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.

For the sauce:

Mix the seed with the horseradish and yogurt, season and add the chopped green parsley.

Serve with the stuffed mushrooms.
