Cooking mini pancakes with salmon and sour cream:

Step 1: knead the dough.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and horseradish, not forgetting to add salt (to taste). We cut the fish with a sharp knife into small thin slices.

Step 4: "collect" mini pancakes.

For each finished pancake (pancakes), put 1 teaspoon of cream, evenly distribute it over the entire surface. Then add a fish slice on top and decorate with a sprig of dill. We do these operations with all the ready-made pancakes.
