Making burrito with minced meat:

Step 1: prepare the onion.

Step 2: prepare the garlic.

Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husk and then - slightly rinse it under running water. Then we spread the vegetable on a chopping board, finely chop the improvised inventory and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 3: Prepare Chili Peppers

We wash the chilli under running water and put it on a cutting board. This vegetable is quite sharp in itself and can burn hands after peeling. Therefore, we put on our hands special plastic gloves. Now, using a knife, cut off the tail, remove the seeds and white partitions. Rinse the pepper again under running water to rinse off any remaining seeds. Cut lengthwise into two halves, and then cut each half lengthwise into several more parts. Finely chop the vegetable strips across and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 4: prepare the tomatoes.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and put in a medium bowl. Pour the container with hot water so that it completely covers the vegetables. We leave tomatoes in this condition on 5-7 minutes. After the allotted time, we get the vegetables out of hot water and put them on a cutting board. As soon as they cool slightly, using a knife, we cut off the place on which the tail was attached, and easily remove the skin from the tomato. Put the peeled vegetables in a free plate.

Step 5: prepare the minced meat.

We take the minced meat from the refrigerator and put it in a deep bowl. Set it aside, warm at room temperature. Attention: if you use frozen minced meat, then we must get it out of the freezer in advance and set it aside, but in no case defrost it under running hot water or in the microwave.

Step 6: prepare the beans.

Spread in a deep bowl 1/2 portion serving boiled beans and, using the pusher, knead the beans well until mashed. Attention: very thoroughly crush the beans is not necessary.

Step 7: prepare peppercorns.

Freshly ground black pepper is much more fragrant and aromatic than already ground pepper. Therefore, pour peas of pepper into the hand mortar to taste and, using the pestle, push it well to the state of the powder.

Step 8: prepare the cilantro.

Wash the cilantro under running water and put it on a clean plate. If necessary, remove the branches, leaving only the leaves.

Step 9: prepare the minced meat for burrito.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put it on medium heat. When the oil warms up well, make the fire less than average and put the chopped onion into the pan. With constant stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the vegetable until transparent.
Immediately after this, add chopped garlic and chili pepper to the bowl, again mix everything well with improvised equipment, and continue to fry again 4-6 minutes while not forgetting to stir everything with a spatula from time to time so that the vegetables do not burn. Then we add minced meat to the container, which we grind with a kitchen spatula and fry the filling of the dish until the ground meat changes its color to soft brown.

Immediately after that, add spices to the minced meat, mix everything well and add peeled tomatoes. Using a wooden spatula, gently knead the tomatoes, turning them into mashed potatoes with slices, mix and simmer until the vegetable juice evaporates. Literally through 3-5 minutes add bean puree to the minced meat, mix everything well again and at the end add the remaining whole bean. Mix again and continue to simmer the filling until all liquid has evaporated from it.
It should turn out to be quite moist, but at the same time quite dense due to the chopped beans. The filling should by no means spread on the cake itself, otherwise the dish will be uncomfortable to eat.

Step 10: prepare the burrito with minced meat.

We spread on a tortilla, using a tablespoon, a small amount of prepared minced meat. Top with cheese sauce and pour a few leaves of cilantro. And now we wrap inward the sides of the tortillas, covering them with the filling and after that we wrap everything in a roll.
