Cooking fish paste:

Step 1: The right products.

For the paste you will need: lemon, smoked trout, cream cheese and butter. We prepare them immediately so as not to waste time laying out the ingredients.

Step 2: Cook the pate.

To make it convenient for us to grind the fish, cut it into cubes. Then make lemon juice. Cut the lemon in half and quietly squeeze the juice from it. You can do this process with a juicer. Now we take out the blender and rinse a little with water. Then we add all the products, namely: chopped fish, butter and cheese. We carefully grind the entire mass to a puree state. We got a complete plate of porridge. Then we cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for an hour so that it is infused.

Step 3: We serve to the table.

Then cut the baguette with uniform thickness and fry in the toaster. Serve the paste on toasted bread or breadcrumbs purchased. Garnish with a sprig of dill. Enjoy your meal!
