Making pasta with basil sauce:

Step 1: Cook the pasta.

First, take a bag of any pasta and carefully read the instructions for its preparation. These types of pasta are cooked, different times from 8 to 20 minutes, it all depends on the variety of wheat, processing its grains and grinding flour. After the instruction has been studied, we take a deep pan, pour 1.5 liters of pure distilled water into it and put the capacity on the stove turned on at a strong level. When the liquid boils, add salt to taste to the pan, fasten the temperature of the stove to a medium level and pour the right amount of paste into boiling water. Cook it, following the instructions on the packaging.

Step 2: prepare the sauce.

While the pasta is boiling, we begin to prepare the sauce. Wash basil leaves under cold running water from any kind of contamination, shake excess water over the sink and put them in a dry, clean blender bowl. Peel the garlic cloves and send them after the greens. Rub the parmesan cheese directly into a deep plate and then transfer the crushed product to the rest of the ingredients prepared for mixing. Now we turn on the kitchen appliance at the highest speed and grind all the components of the sauce at high speed to a pulp consistency, this process will take no more 30 - 40 seconds. Turn off the blender, add a little black pepper, olive oil and a little salt to the bowl, not forgetting that the paste will be salty after cooking. Re-mix, ready-made sauce at high speed for 4 - 5 seconds. Turn off the kitchen appliance and let the aromatic mass infuse 10 - 15 minutes, just by this time pasta will be ready.

Step 3: bring the dish to full readiness.

When the pasta is ready, put a colander in the sink and discard the boiled pasta into it, holding the pan with a kitchen towel. Leave the paste in a colander for 3 to 4 minutes to drain the remaining liquid. Then transfer it to a deep bowl. In the same container, helping ourselves with a tablespoon, add the finished basil sauce and mix it with the paste so that the grains of the ingredients crushed in the blender envelop the cooked pasta from all sides. After we lay out the finished dish on plates and serve to the table.

Step 4: serve the pasta with basil sauce.
