After - turn off the burner, and set the pan with the dough aside to cool slightly. Immediately after the test component becomes warm, we break one egg into the container and at the same time continue to mix everything well with a spoon. Attention: the eggs should mix well with the dough. The consistency of the dough itself is dense, but at the same time soft and pliable.
Step 4: prepare the eclairs.Mriya cake is a real eclair with a very tasty curd cream. But in order to prepare the dish, the first thing we need to do is bake the dough so that we get small balls that will be almost hollow inside. To do this, cover the baking sheet with baking paper. After that, if you have a confectionery syringe on hand, transfer the dough from the bowl to this inventory. Using a syringe, we spread small portions of the dough sheet at a distance from each other, since in the process of preparation the eclairs will increase in size. For this amount of test should be approximately 2 baking sheets. Attention: if you don’t have a confectionery syringe, do not be discouraged, as you can also use a dessert spoon. To do this, also spread the dough on a baking sheet, but at the same time each time we lower the spoon into the water so that the dough does not stick to the inventory. So, put the baking tray with eclairs in the oven and bake at temperature 180 ° C until a brownish crust forms on the baking surface. And you can check the readiness of eclairs by tasting one to taste. The crust should be quite thick, crispy and well baked on all sides. Otherwise, the eclairs will fall off as soon as we get them out of the oven, and the dish, respectively, will also fail. After preparing the dough, leave the baking to cool to room temperature.
Step 5: prepare the cream.We break the eggshell with a knife, and pour the squirrel with the yolk into a bowl. Important: the container in which we will prepare the cream must be completely dry and clean. After that, add cottage cheese, soft butter (and for this we just get it out of the refrigerator in advance), sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Attention: it is very important not to overdo it with an ingredient such as vanillin, otherwise the cream will be bitter. And now, using a tablespoon, we well rub all the components until a homogeneous mass is formed. After that, beat everything with a blender so that grains of cottage cheese disappear in the mixture. Everything, the cream is ready!
Step 6: Cooking the Mriya CakeIf you have the same confectionery syringe on hand, pour the cream into it and after that - fill the eclairs with the curd mass using this inventory. If you did not have such a syringe, do not be discouraged. To do this, lay out each eclair on a cutting board and use a knife to make a small incision along the middle of the cake.
