Step 7: prepare the dough.In the creamy flour mixture, pour the liquid part of the dough and quickly whisk everything with a whisk. After that, with clean hands, knead a thick dough, adding a small amount of additional flour, if necessary. We form a ball from the dough and put it in the refrigerator right in the bowl to insist for 1 hour.
Step 8: prepare the apples.Rinse apples under running warm water and after - lay them on a chopping board. With a knife, we cut the ingredient into two halves and with each cut the core. After that, put the chopped fruit on a baking sheet or in a plate and bake in the oven or in the microwave until soft. Immediately after this, while the apples are still hot, grind them through a sieve directly into the medium bowl until the consistency of the mashed potatoes.
Step 9: prepare the apple cream.While the applesauce is hot, add butter, as well as cognac, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well with a tablespoon until the oil is completely dissolved in the apple mixture. After that, put the mass aside and wait for it to become a warm temperature. Immediately after that, add sour cream to the apple mixture and beat everything with a mixer or a hand whisk until smooth.
