Making Velvet Banana Liqueur:

Step 1: prepare the bananas.

Hands peel the banana and spread on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the fruit into small pieces in size and after - put them in a deep bowl.

Step 2: prepare the condensed milk.

Open the can with a can opener with condensed milk. After that, pour the dairy product into a bowl, helping yourself with a tablespoon.

Step 3: prepare a velvet banana liquor.

In a bowl with condensed milk and banana slices, break the eggs and pour the milk with vodka. Using a blender, mix all the ingredients at medium speed until we get a homogeneous liquid mass and pieces of bananas float in it. Immediately after that we change the blender to the mixer and also at medium speed we are already whisking all the components until smooth and light foam. After - filter the liquor through a sieve into a medium bowl. So that the liquid quickly poured into another container, you can drive along the grid with a tablespoon. The liquor is almost ready! It remains only to cool it a little and after - immediately serve it to the table. And for this, using a watering can, pour the liquor from a bowl into a decanter. We put the alcoholic drink in the refrigerator on the middle shelves to cool for 1-2 hours.

Step 4: serve velvet banana liquor.

Before serving, pour banana liquor into glasses and decorate them with a slice of banana and any other ingredients and accessories to your taste. For example, you can insert a cocktail umbrella or confetti into a piece of banana.
