For the test

Cooking Orange Buns:

Step 1: prepare the yeast.

The first step is to heat the water to 30 - 35 degrees, then pour into a bowl or other convenient container. After that, add dry yeast and mix the contents with a tablespoon. Set the resulting mixture aside 5 to 10 minutes. During this time, they should dissolve and swell.

Step 2: prepare the oranges.

In the meantime, yeast will do, let's take oranges. Rinse citrus fruits thoroughly under running water and dry with paper kitchen towels. Then grate the zest with small holes, we need to get about 2 tablespoons. And transfer the resulting chips to a separate plate. In this case, the oranges themselves are laid on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut them in half and squeeze the juice into a cup or a deep plate, if necessary, take out a teaspoon, the bones that accidentally fell.

Step 3: prepare the butter.

Turn on the temperature of the stove to a small level. In a pan we shift a piece of butter and put on the burner. With constant stirring with a kitchen spatula, melt it to a liquid state. And immediately after that, remove the pan from the stove.

Step 4: prepare the dough.

In the meantime, the oil cools, we wash the eggs under various running water from various contaminants. Then break the shell and pour them into a deep plate or bowl. Add sugar, salt to taste and begin to whisk until smooth. For these purposes, you can use both a mixer and a regular hand whisk. After that, add the cooled butter and sour cream. Mix the mass again until smooth. Then pour out the swollen yeast and mix again. Now we begin to gradually pour out the sifted flour. You should not pour out the entire volume immediately, otherwise it will be difficult for you to mix, and flour lumps may also form. For this, add 1 glass at a time. After that, sprinkle a flat surface with a small amount of flour and shift the resulting dough. Knead it with your hands for about 5 minutes in an even, dense ball. Lubricate a clean bowl with vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it. We wrap the container with cling film, cover with a kitchen towel and put it in a warm place on 1.5 - 2 hours. During this time, the dough should increase in size by about half.

Step 5: prepare the filling.

For the filling, we take out the butter from the refrigerator and leave it to warm at room temperature. In a separate plate, mix the zest of orange and sugar into a homogeneous mass.

Step 6: form the buns.

After the dough has infused the required amount of time, remove the towel and release the bowl from the film. Sprinkle a flat surface with flour and shift the test ball. Using a rolling pin, we roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a thickness of about 5 millimeters. Then, with a tablespoon, grease the surface with soft butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and zest, while leaving the edges of the test layer intact. Next, starting with a longer edge, twist the dough into a neat roll. After that, with a knife, divide the roll into parts in increments of about 4 centimeters.

Step 7: bake the buns.

We grease the bottom and walls of the mold with vegetable oil and put small rolls along the edges of the mold, as well as in a free cent. Leave the test "flower" on 40 minutesin order for the dough to rise. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. And after 40 minutes, remove the dish in a hot oven, bake until fully cooked on 20 - 25 minutes. We take the finished golden buns out of the oven, helping ourselves with kitchen tacks and leaving them to cool in the form.

Step 8: prepare the icing.
