Cooking vegetable stew with meat:

Step 1: prepare the potatoes.

Using a knife, peel the potatoes and peel them well under running water. Then we transfer our ingredient to a cutting board and, using the same sharp inventory, we cut the root crops along, and then across to middle pieces. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and put it on medium heat. When the oil warms up well, transfer to a container with a tablespoon of potatoes. Fry potato slices on all sides for 4-6 minutes, constantly turning them over with a wooden spatula. Then lightly salt and transfer our vegetable ingredient into a free bowl.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

We clear the onion from the husk using a knife, and after that we wash it well under running water. We shift it onto a cutting board and using the same sharp equipment we cut the ingredient into two halves, and then cut each of them into half rings and transfer to a free plate.

Step 3: prepare the carrots.

Using a knife, peel the carrots and rinse well under running water. Then we shift the ingredient to a cutting board and, using the same sharp object, cut along and then across into small pieces. We shift the chopped carrots into a free container.

Step 4: prepare the tomatoes.

Using a knife, we cut the peel of the vegetable crosswise on one side and dip the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. After using the slotted spoon, we take out the vegetable ingredient from the container and transfer it to a clean plate. When the tomatoes have cooled, remove the skin from them. We shift the peeled vegetables into the blender bowl and grind them at medium speed until a liquid is homogeneous.

Step 5: prepare the dill.

We wash dill greens under running water, gently shake off excess liquid from it and then transfer it to a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop our ingredient and transfer to a free plate.

Step 6: preparing a vegetable dressing.

We put on a medium heat a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. When the oil warms up, put the onion half rings in the container. Stew the onion ingredient with constant stirring with a wooden spatula. When the onion stews well and becomes soft, put slices of carrots in a pan to it and, continuing to mix the two ingredients, simmer them another 4-6 minutes. Carrots, as well as onions, are not fried until golden brown, they just have to be stewed well and become soft. Then, pour fresh tomato puree from the blender bowl into this container and again, stirring all the vegetable components with a wooden spatula, continue to simmer them over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. At the end of this time, we transfer the chopped dill greens into a vegetable dressing and lightly salt.

Step 7: Prepare Green Beans

Bean pods are well washed under running water and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut the ponytails and cut our vegetable ingredient across into equal pieces in length. Then transfer the beans to a free bowl.

Step 8: prepare the meat.

We wash the beef under cold running water, put it on a paper towel and blot the ingredient from the water. Then we transfer the meat to a cutting board and with the help of a knife, if necessary, cut off the film, veins and bones from it. First we cut the beef lengthwise and then across the fiber so that we get the same meat cubes, 2.5-3 centimeters everyone. Attention: since the meat cooks in time much slower than the potato, so that the meat ingredient has time to stew well, and the potato does not boil during the preparation of the stew, grind the beef so that its pieces are no larger than the potato pieces. Slightly salt and pepper the meat and mix well with a tablespoon.

Step 9: fry the meat.

Using the same tableware, transfer the meat pieces into a free pan with heated vegetable oil. By periodically mixing our ingredient with a wooden spatula, fry it over medium heat until a brown crust forms. Roast beef slices over 20-25 minutesbut not more so that the meat does not dry out. Then with the help of a tablespoon we transfer the beef and the juice formed during frying the meat into a cast-iron cauldron.

Step 10: prepare vegetable stew with meat.

We set the cauldron with the meat ingredient on a small fire and transfer the string beans to the container. Then spread the lightly fried potatoes on top of the vegetable ingredient and, using a tablespoon, evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the beans. Pour our ingredients with vegetable dressing, add paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Caution: do not overdo it with salt and black pepper, as we already added these ingredients to meat and potatoes. Cover the vegetable stew and meat with a lid on top and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes. The readiness of the dish can be checked with a fork: if you pierce a piece of meat with it and it is soft, then the dish is ready.

Step 11: serve vegetable stew with meat.

We shift the vegetable stew with meat into a deep dish and serve hot on the table. Our dish is also original in that it is not necessary to serve a side dish, as it is itself a side dish and meat dish. Do not spoil our dish, also fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, young green onions and parsley. Enjoy it! Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can also put fried mushrooms in our dish. They only enhance the taste of vegetable stew with meat.

- - Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with tomato juice or tomato paste.

- - If you do not have a blender, do not be discouraged, since this household kitchen appliance can be replaced with a conventional meat grinder with a fine grill, chopping tomatoes on it.

- - For a rich aroma, you can add other seasonings to your taste as well.
