Cooking vegetable stew with meat:
Step 1: prepare the potatoes.Using a knife, peel the potatoes and peel them well under running water. Then we transfer our ingredient to a cutting board and, using the same sharp inventory, we cut the root crops along, and then across to middle pieces. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and put it on medium heat. When the oil warms up well, transfer to a container with a tablespoon of potatoes. Fry potato slices on all sides for 4-6 minutes, constantly turning them over with a wooden spatula. Then lightly salt and transfer our vegetable ingredient into a free bowl.

After using the slotted spoon, we take out the vegetable ingredient from the container and transfer it to a clean plate. When the tomatoes have cooled, remove the skin from them. We shift the peeled vegetables into the blender bowl and grind them at medium speed until a liquid is homogeneous.
Step 5: prepare the dill.We wash dill greens under running water, gently shake off excess liquid from it and then transfer it to a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop our ingredient and transfer to a free plate.

Step 8: prepare the meat.We wash the beef under cold running water, put it on a paper towel and blot the ingredient from the water. Then we transfer the meat to a cutting board and with the help of a knife, if necessary, cut off the film, veins and bones from it. First we cut the beef lengthwise and then across the fiber so that we get the same meat cubes, 2.5-3 centimeters everyone. Attention: since the meat cooks in time much slower than the potato, so that the meat ingredient has time to stew well, and the potato does not boil during the preparation of the stew, grind the beef so that its pieces are no larger than the potato pieces. Slightly salt and pepper the meat and mix well with a tablespoon.

Then spread the lightly fried potatoes on top of the vegetable ingredient and, using a tablespoon, evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the beans. Cover the vegetable stew and meat with a lid on top and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes. The readiness of the dish can be checked with a fork: if you pierce a piece of meat with it and it is soft, then the dish is ready.
Step 11: serve vegetable stew with meat.We shift the vegetable stew with meat into a deep dish and serve hot on the table. Our dish is also original in that it is not necessary to serve a side dish, as it is itself a side dish and meat dish.
