For the test:

Cooking a simple pizza with sausage and tomatoes:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pizza is the most delicious dish that Italians came up with, at least for me. Cooking fast and it turns out so delicious that it’s just impossible to tear yourself away from it. To get started, prepare the simplest quick yeast dough. In a small saucepan, preheat the required amount of pure distilled water to 30 - 35 degrees. Pour warm liquid into a deep bowl, pour sugar, dry yeast into it, mix the ingredients with a tablespoon, place a container near the stove and let the yeast rise for 10 - 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift the wheat flour into a deep bowl through a sieve with a fine mesh, add salt to it, and mix the mass with a whisk to a uniform consistency. Across 10 - 15 minutes add the raised yeast and a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Stir everything until smooth. Then sprinkle a small amount of flour on the kitchen table, shift the dough and knead it with your hands. After, place the dough in a deep bowl, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil, cover the container with plastic wrap, and then a kitchen towel and place the bowl in a warm place on 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise and increase in size by about 1 - 1.5 times, and while it rises, you will have time to prepare the filling.

Step 2: prepare the bacon.

If there is no bacon or a couple of slices of bacon in your refrigerator, you can skip this step, I added this ingredient only to give the pizza a more aesthetic appearance and a certain rich taste. But if you still have the bacon, lay it on a cutting board and cut it into small pieces with an approximate diameter of up to 2 centimeters. Then turn the stove on to the middle level and place the pan on it. When it is hot, put in a pan pieces of bacon and fry them until golden brown, stirring with a kitchen spatula. It will take you about 10 to 13 minutes to fry. Transfer the fried slices of bacon to a plate.

Step 3: prepare the tomatoes.

Of course, tomatoes can be simply cut and laid on rolled dough, but there is another rather not bad option, when you use it, your pizza will have 2 times more space for sausages, and skins from baked tomato will not get stuck between your teeth. And so, take the tomatoes, rinse them under running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, cut off the place on which the stalk was attached from each tomato, cut each fruit into 2 - 3 parts, put them in a clean blender bowl along with salt and all the spices indicated in the recipe. Grind the tomatoes to a liquid, thick consistency by turning on the kitchen appliance at the highest speed. This process will take you no more than 2 - 3 minutes. Leave the chopped tomatoes in a blender, and do the cheese yourself.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.

And now cheese, in my case it’s Mozzarella, there simply wasn’t another, and I didn’t want to run to the store, but you can use any other cheese, it all depends on your desire. Grind the cheese as desired, it can be grated on a coarse or fine grater, chopped into small pieces or, as in my case, simply cut into layers. Put the prepared cheese on a plate.

Step 5: prepare the sausage.

Sausage is an individual taste of each, I used salt with lard, and you can focus on your preferences. Remove the cling film from the sausage, lay on a cutting board and cut into rings or layers thick up to 5 millimeters. Put the slices on a plate.

Step 6: bake pizza.

Take a non-stick round aluminum shape with low sides and grease it with one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sprinkle the kitchen table with a small layer of wheat flour, lightly knead the risen dough and roll it with a rolling pin to the diameter of the form in which the pizza was baked. Gently shift the dough into a mold and grease it with a spicy mass of tomato and spices using a tablespoon. On top of the tomato layer, lay the Mozzarella cheese, after the sausage rings, then the fried bacon and send the pizza to the oven on 15 minutes. After the required time has elapsed, when the crust of your fragrant dish becomes ruddy, use a kitchen towel to remove the pizza mold from the oven and place it on a wooden board. Then let the pizza cool a bit, just enough 3 to 4 minutes and cut it into portions with a sharp knife. Place a slice of flavored pizza on a plate and relish it with pleasure!

Step 7: serve a simple pizza with sausage and tomatoes.

A simple pizza with sausage and tomatoes, of course, is served hot, but immediately before use, you still need to let the flour product cool, since hot dough is very harmful to the stomach. This dish does not need any additions, unless you can relish pizza under a bottle of some light wine, a glass of beer, or with a cup of aromatic tea! Enjoy it! Enjoy your meal!
