Steaming village dumplings:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pour the right amount of kefir into a deep bowl. Add salt, sugar, sunflower oil to it, beat the chicken egg without shell and enter vanillin at the tip of the knife, be extremely careful with it, since vanillin in large quantities gives bitterness! Whisk the ingredients in the bowl with a whisk until smooth for 2 minutes. Then, add 1.5 cups of sifted wheat flour in portions into the liquid mass. Mix the ingredients with a tablespoon to a uniform consistency, you should get a semi-thick dough. Pour 1 cup of wheat flour onto the kitchen table and mix it with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Put a thick thick dough on the resulting dry mixture and knead it more tightly, it should be soft and elastic in texture. Wrap prefabricated flour in plastic wrap and place on 30 minutes in the fridge.

Step 2: forming the dumplings.

After the required time has passed, take out the dough of their refrigerator, remove the food-grade plastic wrap from it, lay it on a table sprinkled with sifted wheat flour and divide it with a knife into 2 equal parts. Place one of the pieces back in a bowl and cover with a dishcloth so that the dough does not become weathered. Roll the second part into a bundle with a diameter of up to 4 centimeters and cut into 10 servings. Dip each piece of dough in flour, and roll into a small flat pancake up to 5 millimeters thick. After laying in the middle of flat cakes a pair of frozen blueberries and raspberries, 5-7 berries for one dumpling will be enough. Now sprinkle the berries with sugar at the rate of half a teaspoon for each dumpling. Connect the edges of the rolled tesa and pinch them with your fingers so that there are no gaps. Blind the rest of the dumplings in the same way.

Step 3: bring the dumplings to full readiness.

Now prepare the double boiler and lay on the bottom of one of its compartments a double layer of sterile gauze. On top of the fabric, place the dumplings a short distance from each other. Turn on the kitchen appliance on 5 minutes and be patient. While preparing the first batch of dumplings, stick a second batch of flour products from the remaining dough and berries. After 5 minutes, the steam cooker will turn off, helping yourself to take the finished dumplings out of it with a tablespoon, put them on a plate and attach pieces of butter to the table fork, grease them with each dumpling so that your wonderful products do not stick to each other. Then put the second portion of dumplings in a double boiler and cook them as well as the previous ones.

Step 4: serve the village dumplings steamed.

Steamed village dumplings are served hot. Immediately after cooking, they are placed on a plate and greased with butter. As a complement to this dish, you can serve homemade cream or sour cream. If after a meal you have several servings of home-made dumplings left, put them in a clean container and put it in the refrigerator. The next day, you can fry the fragrant flour envelopes in butter and end up with a great dinner, lunch or breakfast. Cook with pleasure and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
