Making snacks with pita bread:

Step 1: prepare the minced pork and beef.

Therefore, I advise you to wear protective gloves before starting jalapeno. So, we wash the pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Then, using a knife, make incisions around the tail of the vegetable and very carefully remove the leg with the seed core. Once again, we wash the pepper under running water from the remaining seeds and put it on a cutting board, where with the help of sharp tools we cut the ingredient into small pieces. After that we transfer the pepper to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the tomatoes.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and transfer to a cutting board. Using a knife on one side of the vegetable, make a cross-shaped incision on his skin and use the slotted spoon to place the tomatoes in a pan with hot water for 3-4 minutes. When the peel from the vegetable begins to exfoliate, we take it out with the help of the same inventory from the container and transfer it to cold water. After our ingredient cools down, we take it out of the container with cold water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the vegetable into small squares and transfer to a free plate.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.

Using a medium grater, we rub the hard cheese onto the chips in a plate, substituting it under the grater in advance. Since our cheese ingredient tends to dry quickly, so wrap the dishes with grated cheese with cling film.

Step 5: prepare the cream cheese.

Cream cheese is a semi-hard sliced ​​cheese, and therefore, in order not to disturb its delicate cheese pulp, it is better to cut it with a knife, after wetting its blade in boiling water. First, we free our cheese ingredient from the packaging and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the creamy ingredient into small cubes and transfer to a free plate.

Step 6: make pita bread.

We take pita bread of a round or rectangular shape and put all its sheets on top of each other on a cutting board. If you decide to take a round bakery product, then first cut the pita into four equal parts, and then divide each part with the same sharp inventory in half. The result is eight equal parts. If you took a pita bread of a rectangular shape, then cut it into small squares, which after - cut it obliquely into small triangles. Now, without lubricating the baking dish with oil, we transfer the resulting test triangles into a container in one layer and put in a preheated oven to a temperature 180 ° C. Since the dough is already ready, so it is baked very quickly for 3-4 minutes until golden crisp. Then, with the help of kitchen tackles, we take out a baking tray and put our ingredient in a free plate.

Step 7: prepare a snack with pita bread.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, and when it warms up well, pour soft pork and ground beef into a bowl with a wooden spatula. Fry our ingredient until golden brown for 3-4 minutesstirring it with the same cutlery. Then, add chopped jalapenos and tomatoes to the container and, using a kitchen spatula, mixing all the ingredients, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes after boiling them. After that, add cream cheese cubes and hard cheese chips to the container for our upcoming ingredients. And, periodically stirring the resulting mixture with a spatula, cook on low heat until both cheeses are completely melted in a pan with other appetizer components. At the end of cooking, lightly salt it to taste and can turn off the hotplate. And the approximate cooking time is 40-60 minutes depending on the type and consistency of cream cheese.

Step 8: serve the appetizer with pita bread.

Using a spatula, we transfer our warm ready-made snack to the bowl and, together with pieces of fried pita bread, serve it to the table. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you do not like very spicy dishes, then do not use hot jalapeno peppers during the preparation of snacks. Then it is better to replace it with black pepper.

- - For the preparation of snacks, you can use any hard and creamy cheeses.

- - If you do not have fresh tomatoes, do not be discouraged. They can be replaced with canned or tomatoes in their own juice.
