Chips and Snacks Ingredients

Cooking snacks with chips:

Step 1: cook the chicken.

We wash the fillet under running water and, holding it with your hands, let it drain water. Then we transfer the meat to a cutting board and with the help of a kitchen knife we ​​cut the meat ingredient lengthwise and crosswise into small pieces. In a pan with preheated vegetable oil, we shift the pieces of chicken, salt and pepper, and over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula, fry the meat from all sides until golden brown for 25-30 minutes. We shift the finished meat ingredient into a clean plate and set aside.

Step 2: prepare the tomato.

We wash the vegetable under running water and transfer to a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the ingredient into two halves and then - grind each part of the vegetable into small squares of sizes no more than 1.5 centimeters. After that, transfer the finished tomato to a free plate.

Step 3: prepare the bell peppers.

Wash the pepper under running water and transfer to a bowl. Using a knife, we make incisions around the tail of the vegetable and carefully take out the leg with the seeds. Rinse the pepper again under running water from the remaining seeds and put it on a cutting board. Using sharp tools, finely chop the vegetable into small cubes and put it in a free dish.

Step 4: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse it well under running water, transfer the vegetable to a cutting board and use sharp tools to cut the ingredient into two parts. We cut each half of the onion with a knife lengthwise and crosswise into small cubes and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the green onions.

We sort out the green onions and remove the grafted feathers. Then we wash the ingredient under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the green feathers into small pieces and transfer the onions to a separate plate.

Step 6: prepare the cheese.

Using a medium grater, grate hard cheese on the chips in a free plate. For the preparation of our dish, you can use hard cheese of any kind.

Step 7: prepare the egg-milk mixture.

With a knife edge, lightly hit the eggshell over a free bowl. Pour the protein and yolk into this dish. We perform this procedure with each chicken egg in turn. Pour into a container of egg ingredients with a tablespoon of milk. Salt and pepper the mixture to taste and with a hand whisk mix everything well until smooth. Attention: since we already salted and pepper slices of chicken, so add these ingredients to the egg-milk mixture with caution so that our dish does not become very salty and spicy.

Step 8: prepare a snack with chips.

Using a tablespoon, shift chopped peppers and onions into a pan with preheated vegetable oil. Using a kitchen spatula, mixing all the ingredients well, fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until the onion is golden brown. Then put the chopped tomatoes in our pan to our vegetables, and again stir everything well with a spatula, simmer lightly over medium heat 2-3 minutes. At the end of this time, we transfer the fried pieces of chicken fillet from the plate to the vegetable ingredients in the pan and, finally, add the crushed chips to the mass container. Using a kitchen spatula, gently mix all the ingredients and fasten the fire to a minimum, still prepare the dish 2-3 minutes. Then pour the egg and milk mixture into a pan to vegetables, meat and chips from the bowl and, carefully mixing everything, simmer the dish 3-4 minutes. Turn off the fire, and add grated cheese and chopped green onions to the container with the finished dish. Mix again.

Step 9: serve a snack with chips.

We shift the warm appetizer with a kitchen spatula onto a wide dish, decorating it with whole chips, and serve. You can also invite guests to add some ketchup or any sauce to their taste to the snack. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - A dish is very tasty if, instead of chicken, add slices of pork or turkey.

- - If you could not get peppers of different colors, do not be discouraged, as this dish can be prepared from a vegetable of one or two colors. Multi-colored vegetables are taken in order to give our appetizer with chips a brighter look, but the color variety of bell peppers does not affect the taste of our dish.

- - Chips in a dish should be selected with the addition of meat or cheese spices, but not with spices of fish products, they can just ruin the taste of the dish.
