Ingredients for Making Pasta in Broth

Cooking pasta in broth:

Step 1: prepare the cheese.

Our piece of cheese needs to be grated. Grater can be used with both medium and small holes, this is a matter of taste. Grate the ingredient on a plate or on a dry cutting board. Step 3: cook pasta.

We familiarize ourselves with a purchased pack of pasta. And find out the exact cooking time, usually pasta is cooked minutes 7-10. Better choose pasta from durum wheat. So, pour the right amount of pasta into the pot with boiling broth, mix everything with a tablespoon. And notice the right amount of time. Rinse the leaves of dill and parsley, and if desired, the feathers of green onions, rinse under running water. Shake and transfer greens on a kitchen towel so that the glass is excess water. Next, chop the greens finely on a cutting board with a knife, and you can mix it with niche grated cheese, discard the chopped greens from the board in a plate with cheese and mix everything with a spoon.
