Cooking dorada baked in foil:

Step 1: Cut the fish.

I have a fresh dorada and the first thing I do is clean it of scales. Put it in a polyethylene bag so that the scales do not fly apart and begin to scrape the knife from tail to head. Then we make an incision along the abdomen and pull out all the insides. Then thoroughly wash the fish under cold running water. Now dry it with a paper towel and rub it well with salt inside and out. In this state, leave the fish for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Ginger.

Now peel the ginger root. The easiest way to do this is to use a spoon. Then cut it into thin plates.

Step 3: Stuff the fish.

Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. Rinse the gilthead off the salt. Now we stuff the fish inside and out with ginger plates.

Step 4: Bake the dish.

Hermetically wrap the dorado in foil and place on a baking sheet. We are going to bake in the oven 30 minutes.

Step 5: Serve the dorado baked in foil.

Give the finished fish a little rest, and then unfold the foil, transfer it to a serving dish. Serving such a masterpiece is possible with white wine. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Ginger fish can only be stuffed from the inside, but from above it can be slightly greased with sour cream or mayonnaise.
