Cook the rice grits over low heat under a lid until all the water has evaporated. Estimated Cooking Time - 15-20 minutes. You do not need to mix the ingredient with a spoon. The only thing that matters is if the pan is no longer water and the rice is not ready yet, then you can add a little more water and gently mix with a spoon so that the cereal does not burn at the bottom of the container. Pour the finished component of the dish with a tablespoon into a deep plate.

Step 2: make a rice mixture.

And now the fun begins! We need to make a kind of rice puree. To do this, pour literally 25 milliliters each purified water and we intensively begin to mix everything well with an ordinary fork, crushing stock with rice at the base and along the walls of the container. When the two components begin to transform into a sticky, homogeneous mass, pour breadcrumbs into the mixture, but at the same time continue to work with the fork. Step 3: prepare the garlic and onions.

Step 6: Cooking the Fritters.

If the meat is still damp, you can put all the prepared pancakes back into the pan and, adding a little water, steam over a small fire under the lid for another 3-5 minutes. After - we spread our delicious creation on paper towels so that extra glass is removed from it.
