Cooking glass noodles with pork:

Step 1: Prepare the meat.

Step 2: Preparing a dressing for meat.

Carefully wash the white lettuce and finely chop. Peel fresh carrots and rinse, then cut into rings. First, send the onions to the hot pan and fry them until translucent, then put the carrots there and fry them over medium heat. about 5 minutes. Remove everything from the fire, transfer to a separate plate. We take out the tomatoes and pour them over with boiling water, carefully remove the peel and chop it very finely. Sent in a hot vegetable oil in a pan and fry over medium heat 3 minutes. At the very end, salt and mix.

Step 3: Boil rice or, as it is also called, glass noodles.
