Cooking omelet roll with spinach and sweet pepper:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the spinach and greens thoroughly under cold running water, then dry with a kitchen paper towel and place on a cutting board. Chop finely and set aside. Rinse sweet bell pepper well under running water, then cut in half, cut the tail and remove the seeds, rinse again. Step 2: Cook the omelet in the oven.

Now add all the previously chopped greens and spinach to the creamy mixture. Break the eggs into a separate container, while separating the proteins from the yolks. Put the squirrels aside, for this dish they will not be useful to us, but add the yolks to the cream and herbs. Salt and pepper to your liking, then mix everything thoroughly. Prepare a baking sheet or baking dish in which you will prepare an omelet, cover with special parchment paper. Then pour the creamy mixture with herbs, evenly distributing it. Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees put the omelet inside and bake about 10 minutes. The baking time also depends on the individual characteristics of each oven, so make sure that the omelet is baked, but does not have time to become golden brown.

Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients to the omelette and bake until tender.

After the specified time, open the oven, carefully remove the baking sheet or omelette shape about half. Spread the sweet Bulgarian pepper evenly over the entire surface of the omelette, sprinkle with an even layer of grated cheese on top and place the baking sheet back in the oven. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. In this case, reduce the heat in the oven and it is advisable to carefully monitor the cheese, as it should completely melt, but not have time to bake.

Step 4: Turn the omelet into a roll.

After that, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven, grab the edges of the parchment, and very carefully move the finished omelet to the cutting board. Also, using parchment paper, roll the resulting omelet into a roll.

Step 5: Serve the omelet roll with spinach and sweet pepper.

Such a ready-made roll can be cut into portioned pieces still warm and served to the table, or you can wrap it tightly in a plastic bag, place it in the refrigerator when it reaches room temperature, for about one hour, so that the filling of the omelet sticks the roll.
