Cooking omelet roll with ham and cheese:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Take a bunch of sorrel and greens of your choice, rinse well and chop finely. Wash the tomato and bell pepper, then cut them into thin slices up to 3 centimeters long. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Dissolve starch in a separate bowl in cream, add chopped sorrel and greens here. Then beat in the chicken eggs, add salt and black pepper as you like. Mix it all thoroughly.

Step 2: Bake.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 C *. Pour the prepared mixture with herbs onto a baking sheet previously covered with parchment. Now place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Make sure that the mixture is baked, but does not have time to crust. After that, chopped slices of tomato and sweet pepper on the surface of the omelet roll. Sprinkle all over with grated cheese. Next, send the pan back to the oven, reduce the heat to the minimum and watch that when the cheese has melted, it should not be baked with crust.

Step 3: Serve the omelet roll with ham and cheese.

When the omelet roll is ready, remove the pan from the oven and hold the edges of the parchment and place the omelet on a cutting board. Hurry up, because the omelet should not have time to cool. Now spread the ham into pieces along the entire length of one edge of the omelet. Next, using the edges of the parchment, carefully wrap the roll, secure it well from two edges. Wrap the rolled roll in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This time, of course, is enough for the filling to stick together, but it’s best to cook such an omelet roll in advance, this will allow it to be soaked properly. Before serving, cut the omelet roll into portions, sprinkle with fresh herbs on top. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you wish, you can replace the ham with shrimp, mushrooms, smoked cod or something else. The taste is just amazing!

- - For children, the best delicacy will be an omelet roll stuffed with jam or your favorite baby fruit. As a sauce for this dessert, you can use yogurt.
