Making bread croutons with spices for soups and salads:

Step 1: Cut the bread correctly.

Step 3: Season and prepare bread croutons with spices.

We spread our bread slices in a pan with spices, shake it so that the spices are properly distributed on future croutons and pour the garlic oil. Shake again. Now we transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Such croutons are the most fragrant and crispy. This method seems to me less successful, but the taste and color, as they say!
