Step 1: Cut the bread correctly.

Step 2: Prepare seasoning for croutons.
You can take any spices you want. If you are at a loss with a choice, I’ll give you several options for seasoning: garlic, ground black pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion. In this recipe we will make a small mixture of spices, you can choose from the proposed ones. Take a saucepan, pour a small amount of spices there, add salt.
Step 3: Season and prepare bread croutons with spices.
