Cooking chicken in Georgian:

Step 1: Cooking the chicken.

We clean the chicken thighs from excess hairs. Then salt them, pepper, you can even rub spices in them a little. Then fry in a stewpan on both sides. It will take you about 5 minutes to do all the work.

Step 2: Take up the vegetables.

Zucchini and eggplant cut into small pieces, about the way I did. Cut the pepper into half rings. Grind onions and garlic into small pieces. We cut our ripe tomatoes into four parts. We cut all the greens not very finely. We do not use it to cook soup or anything else, but to add smell and taste.

Step 3: We are fixing the products.

Then in the stewpan we slowly lay out all the products in layers. For starters, put the chopped eggplant on the chicken. After the eggplant, put the juicy tomatoes. Sprinkle each layer with a little salt. Then spread the beautifully chopped pepper. We are doing well! And finally, sprinkle with herbs. What a delicious meal we can make. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil, after which we reduce the heat a little and let it steam for forty minutes under the lid.

Step 3: Decorate and serve.

Now we have learned how to cook in Georgian. Not everyone prefers such a cuisine, but nevertheless, just right for an amateur. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - I advise you not to add water, because vegetables themselves give a liquid and a considerable amount.

- - Serve such dishes with lemon. You can also use lime.
