Preparation of kefir from goat milk:

Step 1: Boil goat milk.

Goat milk must be taken very fresh so that it does not curdle during boiling. From my own experience I’ll tell you that this can only be found in the market. We act like this: pour milk into a clean and dry pan, put it on the stove. At the same time, fire must be kept very weak. In this form, bring the milk to a boil and immediately turn off. Directly in a saucepan let it cool at room temperature. It will take by time 30-45 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare kefir from goat milk.

Add the fermentation to the cooled milk. Any ready-made kefir will serve with us. Add it 2 tablespoons and mix thoroughly. Cover the pan and leave it as it is. for two days at room temperature. After this time, our delicious and healing drink is ready.

Step 3: Serve the kefir from goat milk.

Pour the finished kefir into a jug or other convenient tank. Cool it a little in the fridgethen pour portionwise into glasses and serve. It is especially useful to drink it for afternoon tea or for dinner. Your digestive system will certainly tell you: "thank you!" for such a sour milk care.
