Salad "Sunny Dandelion"

Cooking Solar Dandelion Salad:

Step 1: Boil the potatoes and eggs for the salad.

Potatoes and eggs must be thoroughly washed in water. Take 2 pans. We collect a little more than half of the water in each of them and add the potatoes to one tuber, and gently lay the eggs in the other. The liquid should completely cover the ingredients. We put both containers on medium heat. As soon as the eggs boil, add a pinch of salt to the water so that the shell does not crack, and cook them for 10 minutes. After that, remove them from the stove using kitchen potholders or a towel, drain boiling water and pour cold water. Leave them to cool completely. This will take about 5 minutes on average. In the meantime, continue to cook the potatoes until the tubers are soft. It may take a different time, depending on the type of potato, but on average you have to keep within in 20-30 minutes. In order to check the readiness of the vegetable, it is necessary to pierce it with a fork or knife. If they easily enter the potato and it is soft, then the pan can be removed from the heat. We remove the tubers from boiling water and cool.

Step 2: Grind the ingredients.

Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, and then wash it in water. We cut off the edge from the head, after which we put it on a cutting board and cut into small squares. To do this, first cut it into longitudinal strips, which are then cut across. Put the chopped cabbage in a bowl and continue on. Next is boiled pork: it must be cut into thin slices, after which each of them is cut into 4-6 parts. We cut sausage cheese in the same way as boiled pork. In addition, the pieces should be approximately the same size. We thoroughly rinse the apple in water, after which we remove the peel from its surface with a knife or a peeler. Next, cut it in half and in a circular motion of the knife remove the seed core. The remaining walls of the apples are cut into medium-sized cubes. Peel the cooled boiled potato and peel it into small cubes. We also clean the eggs. Separate the boiled yolks from the proteins, while it is necessary to cut the egg in half. Finely chop the proteins with a knife and add to the total mass of the salad. While the yolks are laid aside, we will need them at the time of salad decoration. Peel the garlic, rinse well and pass through a special press. Mix it with other chopped salad ingredients. All the prepared foods are thoroughly mixed in a bowl. Add salt to taste and add quite a bit of black pepper.

Step 3: Refuel and form a salad.

In a bowl with salad, add 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise and mix the ingredients thoroughly. If necessary, refueling can be added more, but the main thing is not to overdo it. Lettuce should remain dry. Then we spread it in the middle of a round flat dish in the shape of a slide. We randomly make something like a mesh of mayonnaise on it. Next, drain the liquid from canned corn. This is most conveniently done using a strainer. We put the corn along the edge of the salad, thus forming a ring of grains.

Step 4: Serve Sunny Dandelion Salad.

The final touch to decorate the salad will be a few more simple actions. First, it is necessary to grind the yolks from the cooked eggs on a fine grater and sprinkle them on the surface of the salad, mainly a slide. We wash the dill branches and stack from different sides between the corn ring and lettuce, thereby simulating dandelion leaves. Serve the dish on a shared dish. A wonderful salad perfectly "warms the soul" on long, cold winter evenings and gives a little sunshine, as well as spring heat. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Boiled pork in the recipe can be replaced with any sausage product, mainly smoked and with a slightly spicy finish. In addition, ordinary salami is excellent.

- - Instead of mayonnaise, you can use non-fat natural yogurt if you wish. Keep in mind, not at all the one that is sold in jars and endowed with fruit additives, but a sour-milk product with a neutral taste.
