Ingredients for Cooking Condensed Nuts

Cooking nuts with condensed milk:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

First, get the butter out of the refrigerator, let it warm up at room temperature. Then place it in a deep bowl, add half of the indicated amount of granulated sugar and rub well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Now break the eggs and in separate containers separate the proteins from the yolks. In a container with yolks, add the second half of granulated sugar, add salt and grind. Now combine the yolk mixture with the butter and mix well. Now beat the squirrels with a mixer, but do not beat them well, add the soda, which is slaked with vinegar, to them and beat them once more. Add the finished protein mass to the main one and mix well. Sift flour through a fine sieve and gradually introduce it to the main mixture. Knead an elastic and flexible dough.

Step 2: Cook the shells.

Put the finished dough in portions into a hazel pan, then firmly press its lid and several seconds hold. Bake the shell until golden brown. In the process of baking the pan, turn it over once so that all the shells are carefully baked. When the shells are ready, put them on a large flat dish so that they cool.

Step 3: Prepare the filling.

Place a can of condensed milk in a saucepan, preferably with a dense bottom, fill completely with water and put on medium heat. Cook it 3 hours minimum periodically add water to the pan, because it will boil away. Then cool the jar and open it with a special can opener. Now put half the condensed milk in a separate bowl, add the liquor and mix well. Take 2 more similar bowls and put in them in half the remaining condensed milk, and add to each 50 grams each butter. Add cocoa powder to one of them. As a result, you should get 3 types of filling.

Step 4: Serve the nuts with condensed milk.

Now stuff them with shells and tight connect among themselves, nuts turn out. Put the finished treat in a beautiful serving dish and serve. This delicacy will appeal to both your smallest households and adults. You can serve such sweet nuts for tea, coffee, cocoa or juices, as a sweet breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. - - Such nuts can be prepared without the use of alcohol, just exclude liquor from the recipe.

- - If you don’t have time to cook several toppings at once, then make one quite traditional. Add chopped nuts to boiled condensed milk, mix thoroughly and stuff the shells.
