Step 1: Cooking the Cheese Filling.

Since we bought ready-made dough, the first thing you need to do is put it in a thaw at room temperature. At this time, we’ll start preparing the toppings for the pie. To do this, just rub the hard cheese of two varieties on a coarse grater.

Step 2: Cook the puff pastry cheesecake.

Set the oven to heat. 200 degrees. Cut the thawed dough into strips, spread the grated cheese in the center and tightly, but gently pinch the edges. I got 7 strips, which we immediately wind in a spiral, thus forming a round cake. Take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, a little grease with butter and spread the cake, which is then greased with an egg whipped with a whisk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top and send to bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Cool the finished cake a little, and then cut into portioned pieces. Brew aromatic coffee or pour a glass of white wine, and call the guests to the table. Enjoy your meal!
