Step 2: Prepare the dough.From the finished dough we form sausages long no more than 20 cm, and thick about 2 cm. then we send them to the refrigerator at least 4 hours, and a maximum of 8. Of course, it is better to leave sausages at night, then it will be more convenient to work with them. But it all depends on the amount of your free time.
Step 3: Cooking the Diamond Cookies.Set the oven to heat. 180 degrees. In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork. And then grease them rested dough.
