Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Put it right in the peel into the pan, fill with water and put on medium heat. Boil until tender. It takes time 20-30 minutes, depending on the variety and size of the tubers. You can check readiness with a fork or knife. Ready potatoes will easily pierce and become soft. Meanwhile, peel the onion, wash it and cut into small cubes. Next, cut larger cubes sausage. Mix it with onions and peas, strained from the marinade. Next, these ingredients are seasoned with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Grind boiled potatoes and pickles on a fine grater into different plates.

Step 2: Cooking the pancakes for the salad.

We break the chicken eggs into a bowl, add the previously sifted flour, salt and food into it. soda on the tip of a knife. Using a fork or whisk, thoroughly beat the mass until smooth. We take a large frying pan and pour quite a bit of vegetable oil on it, distribute it over the entire surface and put on medium heat. Visually divide the dough into 2 parts. Pour one second egg-flour mass into a heated frying pan. Fry pancake on both sides until golden but do not fry it! This procedure will take less than a minute. Remove the pancake from the pan and fry the second. Both finished products cool slightly on a flat dish or cutting board.

Step 3: Cooking the salad rolls.

Warm pancakes you need to start and spin into rolls. For this, a bunch of dill is thoroughly washed in water and finely chopped. Next, one side of the pancake is liberally greased with mayonnaise, and then sprinkled with dill. Turn pancakes very tight constantly pressing each layer with your fingers. In this form, the finished rolls are left to cool completely. After that, cut them crosswise into thick slices with a sharp knife about 1 centimeter. We cover the bottom of the deep salad bowl with cling film so that the free ends hang heavily. Tightly lay the chopped rolls on the bottom of the salad bowl. You can even slightly press them against each other with your fingers, as if compressing, but at the same time important not to overdo itso that the integrity of the rolls is not violated.

Step 4: Form a puff salad.

Put grated potatoes on rolls (half of the total), spread evenly with a spoon over the entire surface. We ram the potatoes a little, as it is a fastening link for rolls. To do this, you can put a little pressure on the spoon. Next, lay out pickles in the same way. On this layer we spread the salad made earlier from peas, sausages, onions and mayonnaise. With the last layer, put the remaining potatoes again and we ram all layers of salad a little. We cover the last potato layer with the remnants of the cling film, crumple it a little so that the air remains, and the salad is well bonded. After that we put salad in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Step 5: Serve the flowerbed salad.

After the set time, we take out the salad bowl from the refrigerator. Carefully unfold the top layer of cling film, after which carefully turn over the salad bowl on a flat dish. A little pull for the allowances of the film. Thus, the whole salad will be an even slide on a plate. Remove the top layer of the film and serve a colorful salad on the table, decorating it with parsley branches. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Salad "Flowerbed" can be made colorful, which will look even more realistic. To do this, you can use vegetable juices or natural food colors. For example, grating beets or carrots on a fine grater, you can squeeze a little juice and add it to the pancake dough, from which the rolls will then be colorful. In the same way, it is possible to tint not pancakes, but their filling, by mixing mayonnaise with the selected juice or dye.

- - In order to prevent pickles from releasing juice, which can violate the integrity of the salad, it is necessary to cut the seed core from them. And grind only the remaining "boats" on a grater.

- - Instead of doctor's sausage, you can use boiled chicken meat and even smoked meats. All these variations will not worsen the taste of the salad, but, on the contrary, will make it more unique and varied.
