Ingredients for Cooking Creme Brulee Curd

  1. Cottage cheese (9%) 200 gr.
  2. Milk (3.5%) 50 ml.
  3. Condensed milk 0.5 cans

Preparation of cottage cheese creme brulee:

Step 1: Prepare the curd mass.

It is better to take cottage cheese fatter, since it tastes more tender. But I had 9%. So, first of all, you need to grind the cottage cheese in a blender. Pour into a bowl, add the condensed milk and beat well with a mixer at medium speed. Next, add milk and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2: Cook the cream of brulee curd.

Now we need ice cream molds, but I didn’t have one, so I took paper cupcake molds. Carefully fill them with curd and send to the refrigerator at least for 5:00. Better leave it overnight.

Step 3: Serve the cottage cheese creme brulee.

Five hours later, we take the ice cream out of the refrigerator and serve it on the table. Top can be decorated with berry syrup. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Creme brulee can be served after 2 hours, it is, however, not very frozen, but for the children just right.

- - You can make such an ice cream with fruit filling. For example, with a banana: just chop it with cottage cheese in a blender.

- - If you have no tins for ice cream or for muffins, it doesn’t matter, take ordinary disposable glasses and fill them with ice cream. And before serving for a split second, dip the glasses in hot water and turn on a saucer. Top with grated chocolate.
