Then hunter

I had seen this recipe on the net for some time and… .being out of ideas and cravings… I thought I could prepare it. A delicious dish came out, especially since I cooked it in the oven!

  • 4 boned thighs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes in broth
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • oil
  • fresh parsley

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Cut the meat into cubes. Fry in hot oil. Chop the onion, carrots, peppers and garlic, then place over the meat. Add the wine and a little water and let everything boil well. Then add the diced tomatoes in broth, salt, pepper and oregano, then put the dish in the oven and let it drop. At the end, add freshly chopped parsley.

The food is good and warm and cold.
