Dried fruit cake and lemon glaze

I separated the yolk from the egg white, I rubbed the yolks well with the sugar until the sugar melted completely and the yolks doubled in volume, then I added the oil, lemon peel, essence, flour and baking powder.

I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt and then with a spoon I incorporated them one by one in the mixture of gabenusuri, until it was well homogenized. I put the raisins in the water to soften a little, then I drained them well, I wiped them well with a paper towel and put a spoonful of flour on them and mixed (so that the raisins do not go to the bottom in the dough).

I put a part of the dough in the form, a row of raisins, a row of chocolate pennies, again dough, raisins, chocolate and then I put the cake in the oven until it is completely baked.

I made a lemon icing from 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, I mixed well and when the cake cooled, I poured the icing over it.

Simple and good.
