Method of preparation
Finely chop the onion and fry with the carrot that was given on a small grater. Add the minced meat with salt, pepper and thyme and tie the composition with a little breadcrumbs, sprinkle with greens and mix well. After the composition has cooled, the meatballs are formed and rolled in sesame or poppy seeds, as preferred. At the end, they are browned in a hot oil bath.
Chicken roll with spinach
For this preparation, you need a boneless chicken breast, grated cheese, fresh or frozen spinach, boiled carrots, two cloves of garlic, salt and pepper.
Method of preparation
The spinach is boiled and finely chopped, after which the chicken breast is washed and cleaned of the skin and beat lightly with a hammer to make schnitzels, seasoned with salt and pepper. The chicken breast is filled with spinach, and on top put the grated cheese together with the crushed garlic. To run, if the chicken breast is small, you will use toothpicks, so that the filling does not come out, if the chicken breast is larger, then tie with thread, also being careful not to leave the filling. Place the carrots on a tray, side by side, on the edge, and the already stuffed chicken breast, put in foil and wrap. The preparation is kept in the oven for about 45 minutes, but after the first 20, the chicken breast is removed from the foil to brown on top. The meat is washed well and cleaned of the skin and boiled in a pot together with the bay leaves, pepper, salt and gelatin. Let the meat simmer for about three hours on the fire so as not to lose its gelatin properties, during this time, turn the meat in the pot twice and if the water drops, add more hot water. After the meat has boiled, remove the chicken pieces and together with the juice in which the meat was cooked, prepare the drumstick juice. Put the crushed garlic well in the juice, then strain and, if necessary, add more salt. After the meat has cooled, break it into medium pieces and place it in a cardboard container, in the shape of cardboard boxes in which you will find natural juice. Over the meat placed in the container, add the drumstick juice and shake well to make sure it has penetrated to the bottom. Cover the box with foil and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably from morning until evening. After removing the preparation from the refrigerator, cut the box and you will already find the drum formed. To keep it as good as possible when you put it in the fridge, wrap it in baking sheet.

- 1 kg of poultry
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium parsnip
- 2 large onions
- 1 parsley root
- a yellow or green pepper
- a bunch of green or larch parsley
- salt to taste
- 1 egg tied
- 150 gr. flour
Method of preparation
Cut and portion the meat, then leave it in cold water until all the blood has drained. Then, put it to boil, in a pot, let it boil for a few minutes, froth, then add the vegetables. Put the lid on and let it boil.
During this time, sift the flour into a bowl, break the egg, add salt and mix gently. Then knead the dough, and when it is ready, spread it with the rolling pin until it becomes a thin sheet. Sprinkle a lot of flour over it, roll and cut into small strips.
When the meat is cooked properly, remove from the pot and add to the noodles. Leave it to boil, add the greens and, in just a few minutes, the soup will be ready.

Nothing compares to a chicken stew with polenta. Cooked according to grandma's recipe, it can successfully complete a delicious meal that will fondly remind us of childhood.
For this recipe, you need the following ingredients: a chicken about 1 kg, 100 g butter, 100 ml chicken soup and 400 ml milk, 5 potatoes and 3 large onions, a few sprigs of celery, 2 carrots, 2-3 tablespoons of flour and salt and pepper, according to everyone's taste.
Preparation: Wash the chicken and brown the pieces in a saucepan with a little butter. Remove and set aside. In the butter in which I fried the chicken, put the onion and the soup until it boils, then add the grated carrots, the diced potatoes, the celery slices and the pieces of fried chicken. Leave on low heat for about half an hour, until all the ingredients are cooked through.
Separately, put milk over the flour (watch out for the lumps) and then the mixture over the chicken. Bring to a boil until a thick sauce is obtained, stirring constantly so that it does not stick. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve with polenta.
