Cooking cake "Food of the Gods":

Step 1: Cook the dough.

To begin, rub the eggs together with sugar, using a tablespoon or whisk. Then add sour cream to them; exactly half of the specified number of nuts, previously crushed into small crumbs through a blender. Mix well. Then add a little soda and add flour. Gently mix and knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with butter, do not forget about the sides, they also need to be greased with oil. Put the finished dough in this form.

Step 2: Bake the cake.

Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees, then put in it a form with the dough and bake it, about 30-35 minutes. After that, take out the mold, at room temperature cool a little ready cake, take it out of the mold. Now cut it into two unequal parts. The lower part should be thinner than the upper, only about 1 cm thick. Trim the jagged sides at the bottom of the cake. To make the cake flat, it is better to cut it with a sharp knife with a wide blade. And break the trim and top into small crumbs.

Step 3: Prepare the cream.

Cool the butter at room temperature so that it becomes completely soft. Grind the second part of nuts into a large crumb. Now whisk the butter with a blender or mixer, gradually add the condensed milk to it and also whisk. Then add portioned, pre-sifted cocoa powder and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4: Laying the layers of the cake.

Lubricate the bottom of the cake with a thin layer of the finished cream. Transfer it to a flat serving platter. Sprinkle nuts on top. Add the remaining cream to the crumbs from the cake, then add the remaining nuts and mix very well until smooth. Put the cooked mass on the cake and smooth. Put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours (2-3 hours).

Step 5: Serve the Food of the Gods Cake.

When the cake hardens in the refrigerator, take it out and decorate as you wish. You can use special confectionery decorations. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can also decorate the cake with grated chocolate.

- - Check the readiness of the cake, during its baking, using a toothpick. Poke it in the middle and if the toothpick is dry, then the cake is ready.
