My son wanted pancakes last night, but not from thin ones, but from one I used to make with bananas. With what I found in the fridge, I made these pancakes that came out very good and filling!

  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 lg sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 175 g Făgăraș cheese
  • 1 lgt grated orange peel
  • 175 g yogurt
  • 30 ml oil
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 50-60 ml of milk
  • 1 lg chocolate drops

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese pancakes:

In a bowl, mix the eggs well with the salt powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the cheese and mix. Put the grated orange peel and yogurt. Mix then add the oil, the flour mixed with the baking powder, and at the end add enough milk to make a thicker composition than the one for pancakes. When the composition is homogeneous, add the chocolate drops and mix.

Put 2-3 drops of oil in the pan in which they will bake and pour about half the polish in the pan, without stretching the composition and suitable in size, so that it fits 3 at a time. When they start to make blisters, they turn to the other side with the help of a silicone spatula.

Banana pancakes

Pancakes are a dessert that is prepared quickly and the fact that they have a variety of fillings makes us want to always try new recipes. Ever since I imported the famous pancakes, I have found that they are as successful as the classic pancakes, maybe they are more loved by children due to the fact that they are much fluffier. My spikes don't make a difference (yet) but I started to love these small, fluffy pancakes more. There are enough recipes so I have to choose from just to have time to prepare them.

I made the version of pancakes with bananas the other day and I plan to repeat it as soon as possible. They are easy to make and the yogurt in the composition gives them a very good taste.

Ingredients (about 9-10 pieces):

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 180g yogurt
  • 110g white flour 000
  • 1 teaspoon grated baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • a little bit of oil

1. Beat the eggs a little with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the yogurt, then the flour mixed with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. The dough should be slightly thicker than that of regular pancakes.

2. Peel a banana and cut it into thin slices.

3. Put a little oil in a pan, let it heat up and pour the mixture of pancakes with a polish. Let it sit alone and put the banana slices on top. After it browns a little, turn the pancake on the other side. I recommend making them smaller because they look much better.

They are delicious with a glass of milk!

We take them out on a plate and let them cool a little. They are very good warm, but also cold as I wrote served with a glass of yogurt.

Moldovan papanas with cow's cheese

Then add the sifted flour through a sieve. Mix well.
