Boiled cabbage the Crock-Pot slow cooker

For a start, I washed the drain, dried it with kitchen towels and portioned it.

In a large frying pan, heat the oil.

I put the pieces of meat in the hot oil and lightly browned them on both sides.

Remove the browned meat from a plate.

I chopped the washed cabbage as finely as I could.

In the fat in which I browned the meat, I put the cabbage and softened it slightly.

I cut the washed tomatoes into small cubes.

The washed, finely chopped dill I put in the cabbage and mixed to incorporate it.

Cabbage seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme I transferred it to the Crock-pot bowl.

I placed a layer of cabbage, a layer of meat.

On top I placed the small tomatoes nicely.

I turned on the "crow" on the high program for 2 hours.

I served the cabbage with polenta and hot peppers.
