Making Chocolate Fudge:

Step 1: Melt the chocolate.

The first thing we need to do is prepare the chocolate. In this recipe I use dark bitter chocolate, because milk is too sweet, and sweetness will be superfluous to us. So, we break the chocolate into portioned squares and put it in a pan. Butter will go there, which we also cut into small pieces. Now, on a small fire, constantly stirring, we bring this mixture to a state where it will all melt and turn into a homogeneous mass. It is best to melt the mixture in a double boiler or microwave, then you will not burn anything.

Step 2: Add Spices.

Now we will play with taste. Add cocoa powder and vanilla, lovers of cinnamon can safely add it. Here, as they say, you won’t spoil the porridge with butter! Beat our mixture thoroughly with a whisk or blender so that no lumps form. Without ceasing to beat the mixture, add sugar.

Step 3: Insert the eggs and flour.

Continuing to mix our chocolate mass, add one egg at a time. After each egg, the mixture needs to be beaten into a homogeneous mixture, so that further, during the baking process, delamination does not occur. When all the eggs have been added, add the last ingredient - flour, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4: Spread on a baking sheet.

Now prepare the pan. Cover it with foil so that the edges of the foil hang from the sides of our pan. We spread our chocolate mass on it and evenly distribute it with a spoon over the entire surface.

Step 5: Add Salt.

To spice up our fudge, we need sea salt. Why sea, you ask. Well, it's a matter of taste. You can, of course, replace it with a simple cookery, but with the sea, in my opinion, the taste is much more piquant. So, sprinkle the chocolate mass with salt crystals as if you sprinkled a sesame seed bun. The amount of salt should not be excessive. Now, using a knife, gently mix the mass so that the salt is inside our mass.

Step 6: Bake.

Well, now you can send the pan to the preheated up to 175 degrees oven. Bake about 35-40 minutes. As soon as our fudge is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature. After, when the dish has cooled, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with sea salt on top.

Step 7: Serve.

This chocolate fudge is best served with cold milk or juice. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - The cake can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days and frozen for 1 month.

- - To make it easier to get the fudge out of the pan, you need to mature the knife under hot water, dry it and skip along the edges of the pan.

- - To prevent chocolate from melting during melting, put the saucepan directly on the fire, and make a water bath. To do this, place a bowl of chocolate over a pot of boiling water.
