Making rosehip tea:

Step 1: Prepare the rosehip tincture.

Dried or fresh rose hips must be thoroughly washed in cold water. Next, grind the fruits with a knife. It is enough to cut each berry into 4 parts. We shift the hips into an enameled saucepan and pour 200 ml of boiling water. Next, put the dish on a slow fire and, stirring occasionally, cook the berries for 10 minutes. Next, remove the pan from the heat, cover and insist 10 minutes.

Step 2: Making the drink.

Rosehip broth must be filtered with a fine sieve or gauze. Add lemon juice and honey to the liquid (if desired, you can increase the amount of honey). Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until completely dissolved. The drink is ready.

Step 3: serve tea from the rosehip.

Ready tea is poured into cups. If necessary, it can be reheated again. Although it is worth noting that such a drink can be consumed both chilled and with ice. You can cook it for the future, pour it into a bottle and leave it in the refrigerator. And drink at will instead of water. Such tea is useful for the body, so it must be consumed by both adults and children. Enjoy your tea party and good health!

Recipe Tips:

- - Especially rosehip tea is useful in the winter, as well as in the offseason, when vitamin deficiency and general malaise are especially felt (apathy, drowsiness, negative mood). Since the berry is very rich in vitamin C and a number of others, it tones our condition.

- - When preparing the rosehip tincture, you can add several branches of thyme or mint. Then the taste and aroma of the drink will be even more saturated.

- - If you or your children do not really like the taste of this drink, it can be mixed with ordinary black or green tea in a proportion of one to one.
